Note! Olim who have made Aliyah from within Israel (Shinui Status) and are unable to schedule their first appointment at Misrad HaKlita to receive their Teudat Oleh, must fill out a form.

Within 14 working days, Misrad HaKlita is supposed to get in touch, scheduling the day and time for a Teudat Oleh appointment.
